Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs / improvements

The faculty is being nominated as Coordinators and In-charges for various programmes/ laboratories and sections of the Institute.
The students are being nominated as Coordinator for the student activities.

Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic / good governance

  1. Governing Body meeting held twice in a year. Development work and budgetary proposals for various departments will be finalized.
  2. Every fortnight Heads of the departments meeting is held under the chairmanship of Principal to discuss the progress made in procurement of equipment, coverage of syllabus, attendance etc.
  3. Class review committees meeting were held twice in a semester for each class by the respective Heads of Departments to ascertain the uniform coverage of syllabus.
  4. Results and attendance of the students are monitored regularly.

Student feed back on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

Student Feed Back is obtained every semester and the faculty is informed about the performance for rectification of deficiencies and improvement.
